Our Krav Maga program is a reality based self defense & self protection system, we are dedicated to keeping our members safe. We are not a belt factory like most MA schools. Giving out belts like candy to keep their students happy. Having a black belt does not been you can defend your self on the street or in your home if attacked. We don’t focus on tournaments because that isn’t real fighting. Our CrossFit program is like having a personal trainer with you for your whole workout, We are not about putting you on some machines and forgetting about you. CrossFit is about fitness for life some have called it rehab for life. It’s the strength to put a heavy box up on a shelf or simply picking up your grand child. All our workouts are scalable so the complete novice can get started with the same program our elite members are training in. We want you to get in shape not lose you in the shuffle. Do you want a fitness coach for just $100 a month? We are not a black belt factory. Our kids earn belts through hard work not for a testing fee every few months. We have a small fee to cover the new belt and certificate. We do not believe in children obtaining the rank of black belt. The meaning of black belt has been watered down over the years, with schools telling every kid they will be a black belt( if their parents pay the testing fees). Our kids can earn a junior black belt, then when they are old enough they can join the adult program.
